為使殯儀服務更為完善及提供公開平台讓棺木供應商共同參與，本院有意為轄下萬國殯儀館、鑽石山殯儀館及寰宇殯儀館就採購棺木事宜，誠邀供應商表述意向並徵集意見。如棺木供應商有意參與棺木招標，請以中文填妥供應東華三院殯儀館棺木事宜意向書，放入加密信封，信封面註明“東華三院棺木供應商之意向書”，並於2022年7月27日(星期三)下午5時正前交回萬國殯儀館，逾期者不獲受理。如有任何查詢，請致電3406 1388聯絡謝智斌經理。

東華三院自2004年推出【善壽服務】以鼓勵大眾積極面對及計劃自己的最後旅程，並提供善壽講座，供有意深入了解計劃的團體報名參與。為了進一步提升公眾對本地殯葬服務內容及流程的認識，本院由七月開始，每月將舉辦一場公眾場次免費供公眾參與。內容包括生前規劃、綠色殯葬以及最新殯儀資訊外，本院職員會於講座結束後帶領參加者親身參觀殯儀館及棺木陳列室。有興趣參加者現可透過網上報名。

第5波疫情期間，東華三院寰宇殯儀館一度開放地下靈堂予業界免費租用，以及為新冠肺炎離世人士家屬提供瞻仰遺容，有見近日疫情緩和，寰宇殯儀館由昨日起恢復正常運作，包括於地下3個靈堂重新開放守夜出殯服務，以及繼續提供為染疫離世人士舉辦瞻仰遺容的喪禮，該院會繼續關注疫情發展，及時推出適切支援。
寰宇殯儀館月前開放予殯儀業界免費租用，期間共有327個喪禮免費使用靈堂，之後又為因染疫離世人士家人提供瞻仰遺容，及為染疫逝世人士免費提供100個直接過境喪禮服務名額，合共為460名離世者服務，上述3項措施共服務了787名染疫離世人士。
