Gardens of Remembrance

To promote the Green burial, TWGHs Funeral Parlour launch the service of scattering cremated human ashes at sea and the Gardens of Remembrance in 2012. These services aim to provide various choices of Green burial for the members of public. Families members and friends can pay tribute to their beloved, having the deceased embracing the nature.

Service Recipients: Service users of TWGHs Funeral Parlour
Service Fee : Free of charge
The place for scatting the ashes: Designated Gardens of Remembrance from Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) (Cape Collinson, Diamond Hill, Fu Shan, Kwai Chung, Wo Hop Shek and Tsang Tsui, Tuen Mun)

Application Procedures

  1. Applicants may apply the service of scattering the ashes in Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) and authorize the follow-up arrangement to TWGHs Funeral Parlour;
  2. After receiving the confirmation letter from FEHD, the staff of three TWGHs parlours will make an appointment for scattering the ashes;
  3. The ashes of the deceased can be taken, stored and scattered to the designated garden of remembrance by three TWGHs parlours with the applicant's authorization.
